Onboarding MyMeetPlace
Welcome to the MyMeetPlace Onboarding Course, your complete, step-by-step guide to understanding, exploring, and getting the most out of MyMeetPlace. MyMeetPlace is continuously evolving, and so will this course. Instead of trying to explain the entire platform at once, this course is structured block by block. Each block focuses on a specific area of MyMeetPlace and guides you through the features, possibilities, and workflows available within that part of the platform. The goal is simple: whether you are joining MyMeetPlace to connect with others, participate in a community, attend events, publish content, share your knowledge, create a course, organize activities, sell products or services, or build something around your own community, this course should help you understand exactly what you can do and how to do it. You do not need to complete everything at once. You can move through the course progressively and return whenever you discover a new feature or want to understand a specific part of MyMeetPlace in more detail. A course that grows together with MyMeetPlace MyMeetPlace is not a finished, static product. New tools, features, integrations, and possibilities will continue to be introduced over time. For this reason, this onboarding course is designed as a living course. New blocks will be added whenever important functionality becomes available. Existing blocks may also be expanded or updated when features change or new possibilities are introduced. This means that even after completing the course once, you can come back later and discover new sections explaining what has changed and what you can now do on the platform. Learn MyMeetPlace block by block Every block is intended to answer a practical question. For example: How do I set up my presence on MyMeetPlace? How do I discover people, communities, content, or events that are relevant to me? How do communities work? How can I participate in or organize an event? How do tickets and registrations work? How can I publish and share content? How can I interact with other members? How can I create and organize my own content? How can I build a course and share knowledge with others? How can I present or sell products and services? How do payments and other platform tools work? How can I manage the different things I create on MyMeetPlace? And, most importantly: How can I use all of these tools together to achieve what I came to MyMeetPlace to do? Instead of simply showing you where buttons are located, the course will progressively explain the logic behind the platform and how its different parts connect with one another. More than just learning how to use a website The purpose of MyMeetPlace is not simply to provide another place where people create profiles and scroll through content. MyMeetPlace is being built around a broader idea: bringing people with similar interests, goals, projects, communities, and visions closer together and giving them practical tools to do more together. Depending on how you use the platform, MyMeetPlace can therefore become very different things. For one person, it may primarily be a place to discover and attend events. For another, it may be a space to publish ideas and build an audience. Someone else may use it to organize a community. A creator may use it to build courses or share knowledge. An organization may use it to communicate with its members, manage events, or distribute information. A business or independent creator may use it to present products, services, or other offers. And many users will eventually combine several of these possibilities. This onboarding course is therefore not designed around one single type of user. Instead, it introduces the different building blocks of MyMeetPlace so that you can decide which ones are relevant to you. Start with what you need You do not necessarily need every feature of MyMeetPlace. If you joined because of an event, you can begin with the event-related blocks. If you want to write and publish, you can focus on the publishing sections. If you want to build a community, start with the tools related to communities, members, communication, and organization. If your goal is to create a course, offer something, or build a larger presence on MyMeetPlace, you can progressively explore the corresponding blocks. Over time, however, you may notice that the different parts of MyMeetPlace are connected. An article can lead people to a community. A community can organize an event. An event can introduce people to a course. A creator can use content to explain what they offer. A business can build a community around its customers. And a simple interaction between two people can eventually become a collaboration, project, event, or new idea. The course will progressively show you these connections. What you can expect from each block Individual blocks will remain focused and practical. Depending on the topic, a block may include: an explanation of a feature and what it is intended for; step-by-step instructions; examples of how the feature can be used; important settings and options; recommendations and best practices; explanations of how the feature connects with other parts of MyMeetPlace; updates when the functionality changes; and practical scenarios showing how different types of users can benefit from it. Some blocks will be very short and cover one simple action. Others will explore an entire area of the platform in greater detail. The idea is to create a resource that remains useful both when you are completely new to MyMeetPlace and later when you already know the basics but want to explore more advanced possibilities. There is no real “end” to this course You may eventually complete every block currently available but that does not necessarily mean the course is finished. As MyMeetPlace grows, this course will grow with it. New tools will create new blocks. Existing features may receive new possibilities. Entirely new ways of using MyMeetPlace may emerge as the community grows and people begin combining the platform's tools in ways that were not originally anticipated. For that reason, consider this course your permanent guide to MyMeetPlace rather than a traditional course that you complete once and never open again. Whenever you wonder: “Can I do this on MyMeetPlace?” this course should gradually become one of the first places where you can find the answer. Welcome to MyMeetPlace You do not have to understand the entire platform today. Start with the first block, explore the areas that matter to you, experiment with the tools, and return whenever you need guidance. MyMeetPlace will continue to evolve. This course will evolve with it. And as more possibilities are introduced, you will always have a place where you can learn block by block what MyMeetPlace can help you do.
